PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) Clarification Text

This Clarification Text has been prepared by Izzy Marketing Inc. to inform you, as the data subject, about the processing of your personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in which Izzy Marketing Inc. acts as the data controller.

Under KVKK, your personal data may be processed by Izzy Marketing Inc., as the data controller, within the scope described below.

- To request deletion or destruction in accordance with KVKK
- To request notification of actions taken to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
- To object to any adverse result arising from the exclusive analysis of your data through automated systems
- To request compensation for any damage caused by unlawful processing
